• Registration for SWINTH-2024 is solely possible via the online registration form starting from September 2024. 

The full workshop  registration fees include:

• Attendance to scientific sessions
• Access to the exhibition and poster area
• Coffee Breaks and Lunches
• Access to the Welcome Reception on Monday, 17 June 2024

Official Letter of Invitation / VISA Letter Application
A VISA letter can be requested during the online registration process. VISA Letters will only be sent to fully registered workshop delegates (full payment of the registration fees is required). It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee or congress to provide any financial assistance.

Payment methods
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.
The registration for the workshop is only valid after receipt of the full registration fees. If you have not paid the fees within the mentioned deadlines, the higher fee will apply and you will receive a new invoice from the workshop organization subsequently.
